United Way

United Way is a non-profit organization committed to the well-being of our community. United Way of Hampton Roads is pulling together donations and volunteers from business, government agencies, faith groups and other non-profits to earn money to give to programs to improve literacy of pre-schooled aged children, develop better and diverse ways to reach populations in need of health care, and work with local governments and groups on issues of affordable housing and job training with a focus on ended homelessness.

This year, Allfirst has decided to donate $3200 from employee contributions to United Way and all that they do. Employees can continue to sign up for payroll deductions until December 2009 or they can give a one time donation. Please contact the office for donations or questions.
